Market Information

Introduction

Uganda small holder farmers produce low volumes, which are difficult to market. The information about markets is not readily accessible to farmers, while buyers and middle men traders do have market information. This groups aims to indentify synergies among market info systems and promote collaboration towards harmonization of content.

Collaborating organisations

Coordination is in the hands of Robert Kintu from FIT-Uganda. Participating in this group are: UCE, KRC, RIC-NET, CEFORD, ESAFF, EACG, KULIKA, HIVOS, AELBI, SNV, EAGC and Ssemwanga Centre
